Founder Story
Eoghan O’Keeffe

Eoghan O’Keeffe is the founder of Celtic Light Ventures, a co-founder of Casa Damara, and an advisor to numerous conscious businesses and nonprofits. His life and work sit at an unusual intersection of finance, spirituality, healing, adventure, creativity, and service.
Before founding Celtic Light, Eoghan spent more than two decades in investment banking, culminating as Global Head of Technology Mergers & Acquisitions at Morgan Stanley. He advised on more than 100 transactions representing over $200 billion in value. He graduated with honors in Economics from Harvard University, where he was a collegiate rower.
Behind that outward success were struggles with addiction, depression, and disconnection. A years-long healing journey through meditation, psychedelic and plant medicine, and other healing and contemplative practices profoundly changed his understanding of success and how he wanted to live.

That healing evolved into a deep spiritual path drawing from Buddhist, Vedic, Celtic, Gnostic, and other ancient wisdom traditions. Along the way, Eoghan got certified as a Yin and Tantra yoga teacher, sound and reiki healer, and death doula. He is a member of the Order of Bards, Ovates & Druids, where he is currently in the Bardic grade.
Along that journey, Eoghan went into the depths of overcoming fear of death so he could live more fully. Once deeply afraid of heights, he went on to become an experienced skydiver and BASE jumper, an expression of his exploration of presence, mortality, and being fully alive.
Central to his life is Ahimsa, nonviolence and compassion toward living beings. He is a committed vegan and advocate for animal welfare and an alcohol-free lifestyle.
